Mitchell is an Occupational Hygiene consultant with over 12 years of industrial experience. He is a Certified Occupational Hygienist and Full Member of the Australian Institute of Occupational Hygiene Inc. (AIOH) and a previous winner of the AIOH Dräger Safety Pacific Pty Ltd Young Hygienist of the Year.
Mitchell has conducted work for various organisations, including; John Holland, CPB Contractors Pty Ltd, Laing O’Rourke, Department of Defence, Thales Australia, Lend Lease, BHP Billiton, Port Waratah Coal Services, Dulux Group and Sydney Trains.
Prior to starting Hypex Group, Mitchell managed the health, hygiene and well-being program for the Sydney Metro project, Tunnel and Stations Excavation (TSE) package. Monica is an Occupational Hygiene consultant with over 3 years of professional experience in the anticipation, recognition, evaluation, and control of workplace hazards. She is currently a Provisional Member of the Australian Institute of Occupational Hygienists Inc. (AIOH) and has a background in Biomedical Laboratory Science. In 2020, Monica was awarded the DuPont Occupational Hygiene Leadership Award presented as part of the AIOH Professional Development Awards.
Monica’s experience in Occupational Hygiene has developed in servicing a wide range of clients from private citizens to large companies, such as; Rio Tinto Marine, Sydney Trains, John Holland and CPB Contractors and Laing O’Rourke.

She also contributed to the development of a program for heat stress management in regional NSW and conducted a comprehensive occupational hygiene assessment in connection with cargo vessels.

Ryan in an Occupational Hygiene consultant with 15 years of experience in the Laboratory, Air and Water Quality, and Occupational Hygiene fields. He is currently a Provisional Member of the Australian Institute of Occupational Hygienists Inc. (AIOH).
Ryan has conducted work for various organisations, including; John Holland, Laing O’Rourke, AGL, Origin Energy, Dongwha Timbers, BlueScope Steel, Newcrest Mining Limited, Aurelia Metals Ltd and Perilya Limited.
Prior to joining Hypex Group, Ryan managed the Occupational Hygiene program for a consultancy firm with offices in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia. Ryan directly managed the planning and executing of occupational hygiene risk assessments for the mining, manufacturing and heavy industries in Queensland and New South Wales.

Georgia is an occupational hygiene technician with over 3 years of professional experience in the identification and control of workplace health risks. Georgia holds a Bachelor of Occupational Health and Safety Science (Class 1 Hons) and is currently completing a Master of Occupational Hygiene at the University of Wollongong. In 2020, Georgia was awarded the Safe Work Australia Scholars of Worker Protection Award presented as part of the AIOH Professional Development Awards.
Georgia joins Hypex with vast experience gained whilst working onsite and at state company levels to recognise and mitigate work health risks, on projects such as the Sydney Metro Tunnel,
Stations and Excavations (TSE) Works and Westconnex New M5 Tunnel (M8). Georgia has also worked with CPB Contractors to review the new health risk management system for civil construction sites, and created a baseline health risk assessment for project’s identification of health risks and preliminary controls. In addition to her professional experience, Georgia has also
completed an undergraduate program with the Mount Isa Mines Occupational Hygiene team, where she conducted a respirator knowledge and use study to inform the mine’s review of the Occupational Health program.
